The Leadership Development Centre promotes effective leadership development practice with chief executives and Strategic HR Managers. The Centre works with senior managers on personal development plans, identifying learning needs and sourcing development opportunities.
By working with key influencers we aim to help establish dynamic and attractive career pathways for senior managers and potential leaders across the public sector. Helping create an environment that will attract and hold experienced people of the highest calibre.
The Centre provides a range of services:
Diagnostics: To help Chief Executives, Public Sector Advanced Leadership Programme candidates, and other senior managers assess and plan for developmental needs.
Design: Of individual leadership development programmes in conjunction with managers and their agencies.
Provision: Of specific training and developmental opportunities, either directly or through brokerage.
Partnership: With key providers of relevant services, in the private and tertiary sectors, and in public service departments.
Promotion, information and advice: Making senior managers and agencies aware of the opportunities open to them.
