I am an experienced executive educator, coach and facilitator with 20 years’ experience as an HR and OD leader. I specialise in leadership development, leadership team effectiveness, organisation culture and empowerment. My purpose is to create amazing, robust organisations by growing powerful and compassionate leadership. A significant element of my work is building successful leadership peer groups that are empowered, well connected, and well-integrated.
I am interested in system leadership and raising awareness about how context shapes leadership choices. Seeing and reading context well is a critical component of powerful leadership and healthy organisation culture.
After 10 years at PwC in the United Kingdom, I moved into independent consultancy in 2006 where my client base expanded to include not-for-profits, elite sport and public sector organisations. In 2012 I migrated to New Zealand.
My clients have included public, private and not-for-profit organisations in New Zealand and overseas.
