I help leaders to find their ‘growing edge’ and become better at handling complexity, ambiguity and change. Together, we work through the tough issues that allow leaders to develop. I invite individuals to explore their leadership ‘being’ with me in an authentic way through listening and questioning.
My comprehensive coach-specific training combined with broad work and life experience allows me to provide effective coaching for leaders. My specialised competency areas and methodologies include: behavioural change, complex adaptive leadership, systems awareness, collective leadership, adult development, communication skills, strengths development, mindfulness and executive presence.
I believe to be an effective coach, I balance the challenge and support needed to enable people to learn to think, engage and act differently. I enable leaders to improve their effectiveness, which will positively impact their performance which when linked to organisational goals.
I have a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney – one of the few postgraduate qualifications in coaching psychology.
My corporate background includes the professional services with KPMG in New Zealand and Brazil, before working in the private sector at a senior level for a variety of organisations across a range of sectors including infrastructure capital projects, telecommunications, railway construction, business development, broadcasting, and not-for-profit service delivery. Living and working in the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, and Australia has given me first-hand understanding of the intricacies of working with different cultures.
