Prior to joining Fore Consulting, I worked in a range of organisations developing capability and capacity with responsibility for the design and delivery of human resources policy, processes and procedures, assisting organisations to effectively manage their people through the employee life cycle. As an experienced General Manager Human Resources, I designed and implemented people strategies to support organisational performance and deliver strategic outcomes.
I hold a degree in psychology and sociology, diploma in counselling, national certificate in public sector management (leadership development) and am an accredited ICC coach. I am also a member of Wellington City Council’s Professional Coaching Panel.
