Kathy Tracey
Inspiring people to achieve their goals in their professional and personal lives.

LDC coach and facilitator

I’m an ICF Master Credentialed Coach, experienced Systemic Team Coach, leadership coach, facilitator, keynote speaker, business owner, and ocean rower. I have worked extensively with senior leaders and leadership teams around the world.

Through coaching and facilitating teams and leaders, I aim to create a greater understanding between people and about people, enhance emotional intelligence and build healthy happy productive workplaces.

I have experienced fabulous, energising, fulfilling working relationships, as well as painful demotivating sleep-robbing ones, so I’m passionate about helping leaders explore how to make their relationships at work easier and more fulfilling.

I use coaching constellations to help teams gain insight and flow better, and executive coaching to help leaders create a productive thinking space.

I am also a certified Power + Systems facilitator, bringing head-and-heart learning through experiential learning events.

Born in Wellington, I have recently returned to the capital after living in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands. For the last 17 years, I ran my own training and development company based in Guernsey. I hold a Guinness World Record for being part of the first women fours crew to row unsupported across the Atlantic Ocean.
