My continual focus on mastery of the art and science of coaching takes my clients from block to breakthrough, to a new choice point via conversations allowing you to explore, understand and construct new realities. My coaching is often described as having had an extraordinary impact. It is based in my great zest for life; an absolute belief that we are capable of so much more, that we can train/change our brains to achieve better outcomes, and that we can all live extraordinary lives.
I am an Executive Coach with 7,500+ hours of coaching leader clients globally, particularly in Asia Pacific and Europe, delivering strong results with people, supporting clients in developing exceptional outputs and powerful relationships to enhance workplace engagement over the last 17 years. My base is New Zealand, my working territory is global. I have held the highest credential of Master Certified Coach from International Coach Federation since 2008.
My local and global clientele for coaching and facilitation include leaders, executives and owners in government departments, universities and other educational organisations, banks and other financial institutions, utilities, airlines, NGOs, and companies specialising in insurance, manufacturing, marketing, exports, IT, automotive, branding, innovation and design.
I teach executive coaching programs regularly in Asia, particularly China, India and other regions on public courses, gaining much cross-cultural expertise from those experiences. Additionally, I teach globally in private companies and have been a regular presenter at Auckland University. I play an active role in the coaching community globally, currently serving as Director of Professional Standards committee of International Coach Federation Australasia. I also formally mentor many coaches in their professional development. I attend many industry conferences and trainings both as a speaker and to further my own professional development.
My commitment to delivering mastery in the art and science of coaching takes leaders to a new personal and professional level.
I specialise in navigating and building new understandings for leaders to develop and achieve more in their complex matrix of relationships, role contextualisation, ability to communicate powerfully, and career planning.
On a personal level, I have a positive can-do attitude to life having successfully navigated many life challenges. I live in Coromandel, near the sea with my partner John. We have a huge interest in art both as artists and collectors. Gardening, yoga, walking, cooking for friends and helping others complement a very satisfying life supporting our children and grandchildren.
