I am an independent consultant, designer, facilitator and coach specialising in leadership development. I am passionate about enabling leaders to reach their potential for the good of themselves, their organisation, and the New Zealand public sector.
I provide leadership development programmes and coaching for individuals and teams, and run a range of training events on topics such as strategy development, system leadership, being an effective principal/senior advisor, and facilitation skills.
I specialise in performance improvement frameworks, transition management and team development. I coach a wide range of leadership teams across the system, working with them to build cohesive strategies and associated implementation plans.
A current focus is the ongoing performance of agencies at organisation and system levels, working with them to incorporate the Leadership Success Profile in to their leadership development approaches. With a colleague, I have designed and run a comprehensive senior leadership programme which covers Strategic Leadership, System Leadership, Talent Management and Delivery Management, as well as the core leadership characteristics identified in the LSP.
I have worked internationally and hold an Honours degree in Sociology, a UK equivalent degree in Law, and postgraduate qualifications in enterprise management. I am a qualified Results System coach, an accredited consultant for a wide range of team, individual and 360 degree tools for Team Management Services and an accredited coach for Genos Emotional Intelligence tools.
