I have always been fascinated by the few factors that distinguish happy, inspired, and creative elite performers from the rest.
I am the Managing Director of Infinite Group, a provider of strategic HR consultancy services, elite executive coaching and facilitation, and leadership programme design and delivery for senior professionals.
My varied, in-depth HR experience has given me a unique insight into the factors that determine elite performance for an individual or team. I hold degrees in law, commerce, career development and psychology, and bring 15 years of HR experience from private practice employment law, in-house HR consulting, outdoor experiential leadership development, and elite performance psychology.
I am on the Leadership Development Centre’s provider panel for the public sector, the MBIE All of Government panel for the provision of HR Consulting and Services, and a professional member of HRINZ and CDANZ.
My clients include the leadership teams and senior leaders of the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Te Papa, Victoria University, Department of Internal Affairs, the Ministries of Education and Social Development, Department of Conservation, MBIE, TE Connectivity, Bell Gully, and New Zealand Rugby.
