My background has been as a public sector manager. This experience coupled with my enthusiasm for facilitation led me into the work.
I have worked as a General Manager at a District Health Board and as a Regional Manager for Courts before starting my consulting and leadership development practice in 2006.
In the past 11 years I have facilitated planning, team building and leadership development workshops for a wide range of organisations. I have facilitated programmes for LDC since 2009. I took a lead role in developing the Management in Action programme, which is now offered both as a cross-agency and an in-house programme.
Whenever I get the opportunity I like to get away tramping. Known as a “section walker” I plan to complete the Te Araroa trail within the next year.
