My background has been as a public sector manager. This experience coupled with my enthusiasm for facilitation led me into the work.
I have worked as a General Manager at a District Health Board and as a Regional Manager for Courts before starting my consulting and leadership development practice in 2006. In the past 12 years I have facilitated planning, team building and leadership development workshops for a wide range of organisations. I have facilitated programmes for LDC since 2009. I took a lead role in developing the Management in Action programme, which is now offered both as a cross-agency and an in-house programme.
In the past year I have been particularly interested in helping leaders gain their best possible return from the action learning process. We have had some brilliant sessions. Thanks to everyone who has brought their challenges to the groups.
