As an accomplished public sector senior manager with 20 years’ experience of revitalising performance across a wide range of disciplines, I understand the unique challenges of the public sector.
Specialising in the Neuroscience of Leadership (trained and certified coach), I work with organisational leaders and OD specialists to design and deliver fast-paced, evidence-based learning forums. I tailor programmes to suit diverse audiences from 2 to 200 and can work with people at all levels, both remote and face-to-face. I love engaging groups though fun learning environments and impactful sessions.
I have led a large variety of complex business and behavioural change initiatives to transform organisational performance. I now focus my time on helping others meet their potential through development and coaching.
I hold a degree in Human Resource Management and have 20 years of public sector experience in New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. I’m also experienced in project and public sector management, excelling in contract, people and performance management, and culture change. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and have had great facilitation opportunities in a broad range of large public and private sector organisations.
