Te Kaitaki | New Leader of Leaders Development version 2 released

We are excited to share the next iteration of Te Kaitaki | New Leader of Leaders Development.

We regularly review our programmes in response to feedback from agencies and facilitators, and to support key system priorities. 

In this version we have:

  • Changed the name and shifted the focus of the development priority Whakahono | Engage. This is now called Te tautoko i ngā hononga o te Māori me te Karauna | Supporting Māori Crown Relationships. We have removed the diversity and inclusion component out of this development priority.
  • Woven examples of Māori leadership practice throughout the programme.
  • Included a greater focus on diversity and inclusive leadership.
  • Provided more structure to peer learning by making it part of the experiment process.
  • added 5 new videos.
