Join us for a prototype workshop where you’ll test new ways of looking at issues and scenarios that leaders across government are facing – and design solutions using new and innovative ways of thinking.

In a rapidly changing environment today's leaders in government will need new ways of working, otherwise they risk falling behind the expectations and working habits of the digital native workforce. At the same time the increasing importance of ICT to all organisations means that there has never been a better time to advance your digital leadership skills.

Building on innovation study tours through Silicon Valley and New York, you'll gain behind-the-scenes insights into technology leaders including Google and IBM Watson. We'll also explore digital leadership approaches at next generation organisations such as Contently, MakerBot and Normal.

Who is this for?

Leaders who want to fast-track their ability to lead effectively in a changing digital government.

What will you learn?

Learn and apply specific techniques – developed through research into the thought patterns and leadership behaviours of visionaries and leading change innovators – to help you create new ways of leading in a digital government.

Design and apply innovative solutions to current real life issues faced by leaders in today’s digital government environment.
