LDC, Level 13, Prime Property Tower, 88 Lambton Quay, Wellington
Is your team living and breathing new ways of working and influencing others, or sitting back, waiting to see a strategy before they’ll get involved in change?
Leading successfully through change is essential in today’s environment where change is ever present. You need to be clear about your role as a leader of change. Your team members need to be aware of their impact on change – how do their attitudes, work practices, and knowledge affect their engagement and influence?
How can you support the development of your team to work effectively and become influencers of change? What roles should your team members take on to bring change to life?
In this Learning Lab, Jeremy Leslie will help you work out the change-impact your team is having. If your team members know how to ‘connect, care and have clarity’, you’re more likely to see change in action.
Working together with other Learning Lab participants, find out how to:
Jeremy runs his own leadership practice in Wellington, with a particular focus on leaders who are early in career.
Jeremy has 20 years’ experience working in a range of organisations and environments, leading teams and businesses from start-up companies to multinationals, in New Zealand and abroad, public and private sector, and always with a focus on helping people be great at what they do, especially leaders.
One thing he knows to be true, is that we overload leaders with expectation when it comes to leading change. Jeremy provides leaders with a different way of thinking about leading their teams through change. He gets them to help their people be more impactful and involved in bringing the change to life, creating a more inclusive and sustainable change in their team.
