Do you want your team to be more efficient, collaborative and innovative, find better and faster ways to solve problems, and to put the customer first?

This Learning Lab will introduce you to the ‘Agile’ way of working. Agile puts customers first, streamlines processes, focuses on continual improvement, and builds collaborative and efficient teams.

Constant change, disruption, and delivering value to the customer are big challenges facing all sectors. Although the Agile mindset began in the software industry, it’s now part of the way we need to be thinking.

Learn about this new way of working, in this interactive session. Facilitator Gavin Coughlan will draw on real experiences to explain Agile concepts and get you involved in hands-on activities, which you can take back to work and try with your teams.

  • Explore common challenges facing the public sector
  • Bring your organisation closer to the customer
  • Dispel myths about the Agile way of working
  • Learn how to apply the Agile mindset in practice.

Facilitator, Gavin Coughlan
