What happens when things get in the way of having a fully productive and healthy organisation culture? How do you make sense of challenging situations and develop simple techniques for resolving them?
What if you could identify predictable patterns of behaviour in your workplace and respond with powerful and practical strategies that lead to a better, effective and collaborative working environment? You and your team members will work better with each other, other organisations, stakeholders and customers, and across the sector.
Every organisation is likely at some time, to have unseen, systemic patterns that can create dysfunction, undermine relationships and derail change initiatives. Facilitator Alex Smith will shed light on these systemic patterns. Once you become aware of them, you will be able to help your organisation move away from these patterns.
