Due to unprecedented demand, David Keane will be facilitating another Learning Lab on how to be successful.

Successful leaders are not busy!

Working harder and doing more is not a recipe for success in the public sector. Leaders and their teams need to think differently and think smarter.

When you look at the lives of successful people, you’ll see their achievements are highly influenced by their daily behaviours. Success is about the small things you do every day.

Explore three strategies that successful people adopt in both their personal and professional lives. These ‘success-hacks’ aren’t obvious – if they were everyone would be doing them – but they are learnable. Facilitator David Keane will help make these ideas work for you and you’ll learn specific tactics you can implement back at work.

You’ll also get the chance to engage with David with questions, comments or observations.

Find out how to:

  • focus on what matters most
  • set your priorities and stick by them
  • look at your time in a different way
  • escape limiting beliefs and achieve more
  • be less busy, and achieve more.
