Strength-based coaching allows people to discover, explore and find ways to bring their strengths to work.

Paula has been coaching both individuals and teams for over 20 years, mainly in the NZ Public Sector, but also with clients in banking, the construction Industry, and the Not for Profit sector. She also facilitates and teaches coaching and leadership.
Paula holds a BSc in Industrial Technology, an MBA and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She’s qualified in Professional Coach Supervision and Team Coaching through the IECL (www.iecl.com)
She’s an accredited IECL Organisational Coach and teaches on their ICF credentialing programme.
