Are you faced with making challenging decisions where there is no right or wrong answer? How can you be more effective and make better decisions? Find out how to park your emotional biases and recognise when you are losing the plot. Learn a simple process to stop getting bogged down in the immediacy of ‘now’.

Mindfulness is an essential part of the today’s leadership toolkit. Grounded in scientific evidence, it’s easy to learn, easy to adapt and easy to apply.

In this Learning Lab, find out how to:

  • work out when a decision should be made or not
  • acknowledge when you are being ineffective
  • focus your attention rather than spread it too thin
  • achieve better shared outcomes
  • build more constructed working relationships.

Facilitator Craig Pattison

Craig is an experienced senior leader who has had to make tough decisions in challenging environments where outcomes are often unknown, or uncertain. With a diverse international working background, Craig has a passion and talent for unearthing practical solutions for public and private enterprises looking for growth, sustainability and improved outcomes. Craig has completed UK certification in Mindfulness at proficiency levels 1-3, and more recently developed a series of Mindfulness programs for leaders and managers.
