New Leader of Leaders Development Evaluation - Cohort 1

Te Kaitaki Hou Whakawhanake | New Leader of Leaders Development Programme is an 8-month programme, centred around 6 development priorities, that supports leaders transitioning into their first leader of leaders role.

These results are from leaders who agreed to be interviewed from the first cohort in 2020. These leaders worked for 9 different agencies across the public sector.

100% of respondents had applied tools, frame-works and models learnt from the programme.

100% of respondents said the programme enhanced leadership skills, with 73% reporting it was to a considerable extent. 

100% of respondents would recommend the programme to a colleague who is also a new leader of leaders.
