Annie was part of an executive leadership team that established the largest Pacific social change agency in Aotearoa. However, she moved into coaching in response to the growing demand from leaders wanting support to lead out complex change.
She is now the co-founder of CALLED, which focuses on big change projects that overturn persistent inequities across Aotearoa. She is clear on her calling – it’s to support you in yours!

Annie brings mindsets, tools and practices of systems thinking, design and innovation. As a partnerships and engagement specialist she coaches in the art of “value exchange”, negotiating partnerships of impact. She excels at developing inclusive leaders who create the conditions for all to thrive at work.
As a practitioner of disruptive change, it’s part of everyday practice for Annie to appropriately challenge leaders in their response to Māori Crown relations and support them in their journey of growth. She coaches values-based cross-cultural engagement.
Annie is a practitioner of the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics and Core Competency Model. She is an Edmund Hillary Fellow, and member of the Institute of Directors and accredited with the Partnership Brokers Association.
