Paul is a mentor and consultant to C-suite executives as well as entrepreneurs and their direct reports on creating ‘sustainable’ public good and commercial value in multicultural settings using agile leadership practices learning, coaching and development programmes. He is chair of the British Chamber of Commerce (Indonesia) Human Capital and Education Group. 

Paul’s experience includes advisor to the New Zealand and UK Prime Ministers’ Departments on CEO/Permanent Secretary and Director General selection processes and change leadership skills. He has held leadership roles in a UK FTSE 100 Company, the Henley Business School, two executive training-consultancy businesses and as a board member of SustNav. He is co-author of ‘Developing Change Leaders: The Principles and Practices of Change Leadership Development’ and has also written '12 Leadership Practices to Sustain Livelihoods and Life : Future Proofing People, Business, Society and the Environment'.

Paul’s coaching style is person-centred, using appropriate and contemporary coaching and mentoring methods and tools alongside 30 years executive coaching experience.

Paul has a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy from Henley Management College. He is a Chartered Psychologist (Special Group in Coaching Psychology)(UK British Psychological Society) and has a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.

Areas of specific leadership coaching expertise: Executive coaching (agile leadership practice) in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world.
