Nicky has run her own coaching and facilitation practice Step Up for over 20 years. She was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the performance improvement area and at Rogen specialised in leadership communication, coaching and influencing. She also has over 20 years’ senior management experience, including head of training for The Body Shop International Plc in London and running her own successful franchises of The Body Shop in the UK.

Nicky specialises in helping leaders, teams and organisations develop courage to lead sustainable change. She partners with her counterparts to develop purpose, passion and presence to lead authentically, develop courage and drive performance. She has a long-term interest in resilience, energy balance and wellness.

Nicky’s approach to coaching is flexible, combining sensitivity with tough empathy. She takes a developmental approach and utilises strength based and narrative practices to support leaders to make sense of their journey, prioritise development and embed changes for personal growth and professional success. 

Nicky is a Professional Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF PCC). She is an accredited coach, Level Three, IECL, has a Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching and is a certified Mental Health Coach with PREKURE.
