Kia ora and welcome to the HR OD resource hub. This is where HR or organisational development professionals can find a range of programme materials and templates, ecosystem fact sheets and a stocktake of programmes from agencies across the system.

Our aim is to provide a hub of information and resources that can be used and shared across the system by agencies as they develop the capabilities of their leaders. We’ll continue to work with our HR OD colleagues to keep materials updated and relevant.
