We identified the seven most important development priorities for new people leaders to focus on in the first 12 months of their transition into their roles. These priorities build on leadership characteristics and come from the Leadership Success Profile (LSP).

Virtual New People Leader Development programme

Your agency can deliver the Virtual NPL programme for a cohort of 12–16 participants. This complete programme includes the following:

  • 180 assessment 'My Development Tracker'
  • 45 min manager + 90 min participants kick-off session
  • 6 facilitated 3.5 hour sessions
  • 2 x 90 min Connection sessions
  • 3 hour recall session
  • Peer learning options
