Helen: I think it's very important for leaders to becourageous. I think it's important for everyone to be courageous. I think courageous leaders are very good at calling on courage throughout the day and throughout their work, not just when big things happen. The thing that sums up courage for me the best is the saying that goes 'courage doesn't always roar, courage can be the quiet voice that whispers I'll try again tomorrow' and I think that's a really good role modeling to be able to call on courage whenever you need it.
