Michelle: The opportunities at the moment are endless, they're amazing. First of all in terms of purpose and meaning of work it's all about great work, it's about the future of New Zealand. If it's about mastery and learning skills, there's a huge opportunity to get really excellent in your specific field and finally if it's about yourself and talent then we've never looked after our talent better in the public service than at the moment. There's amazing opportunities.
