Ivan: I think, again I think to our ancestors for the secrets of leadership and I think about, I think about how they've adapted. That they were adapted from the jungles of Papua New Guinea, to the heat of the jungles of Papua New Guinea, to the archipelagos of the South Pacific down to the, down to the reaches of the South Island to the hills and we've survived for thousands of years but not because we stuck to culture but because we were courageous enough to think differently - and now we're people we are an adaptable people of the South Pacific
that can live in jungles and survive and live on desolate archipelagos and survive and live in the high countries of the Southland and survive. And our culture still survives and our people still survive and we move forward so I think about the new Pacific Maori indigenous leadership in
New Zealand and I think about how the opportunity to adapt and change and reinvent ourselves once again. We became the voyagers of the Pacific and we did that on a whim and now we can be the voyagers of the digital world, we can be the voyagers of space, we can be all those things because it's inbred not for us to keep our culture but to change it and adapt it, so I look forward to the next group of leaders that are adapting and changing and innovating. That's our world, that's where we begin.
