Nominations are open for New Zealand public servants to attend the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) Executive Fellows Program (EFP).

On behalf of Head of Public Service, the Leadership Development Centre coordinates agency nominations for the ANZSOG EFP. 

The EFP is designed exclusively for senior public sector executives and consists of 3 modules:

  • Orientation: 20 April 2023 (3 hours)
  • Module 1: (Online) 3, 4, 5 May 2023
  • Module 2: (Online) 14, 15, 16 June 2023
  • Module 3: (Online) 5, 6, 7 July 2023


This program is a unique opportunity to develop your ability to lead and learn alongside your peers from across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Participants will be challenged
 with new leadership perspectives in a highly interactive setting, while exploring contemporary issues, such as the post-COVID environment, social movements, civil unrest, and preparedness amidst the global spectre of war.

Nominations require chief executive endorsement and close 5pm, Wednesday 1 March 2023.
