We offer leadership programmes for people at a range of levels. From people who are just starting to lead, to high-performing experienced executives.
Our programmes are designed for people leading in the public sector. They help to build your skills, knowledge, experience and networks to help you to move seamlessly throughout your career.
While we are a member organisation, most of our programmes are open to everyone. However, if you work for one of our member agencies, you’ll get a discounted price. It’s worth checking if your workplace is a member.
