Experienced People Leader Programme
The programme covers 4 main areas:
- Adaptive Leadership: Exploring tools and techniques to use in times of complexity and considering different viewpoints as a leader.
- Building High Performing Teams: Reflect on how to create an environment that enables the people you lead to show up at their best.
- Supporting Māori Crown Relationships: Explore your role as a leader and your responsibilities in the Maōri Crown relationship.
- Leading with Influence: Consider relationships with your stakeholders and your communication with them. Reflect on influencing models and how they can assist you.
It focuses on:
- fundamental people leadership skills
- content-light, conversation-rich workshops
- using short safe-to-fail experiments and peer learning to hone leadership practice and challenge assumptions.

Eligibility
We’re looking for leaders who:
- have more than 3 years' experience in a people leader role.
- currently have at least 3 direct reports.
- are curious and willing to learn in a conversation rich versus content driven experience.
- want to revisit leadership foundations and move their leadership from good to great.
- willing to participate in a 360° feedback process if you haven’t done so in the past 12 months.
Investment
LDC member’s rate: $3,500 + GST
Non-member rate: $5,000 + GST
Assessment costs
Leaders reflect on a 360° assessment as part of this programme, if participants haven’t completed at 360° assessment in the last 12 months, we can facilitate this. The following additional cost includes the 360° and a 60 minute debrief of the results:
LDC member’s rate: $670 + GST
Non-member rate: $990 + GST
