Te Kaihautū | New People Leader Development version 4 released
We are excited to share the next iteration of Te Kaihautū, version 4.
In this version we have adjusted programme content (facilitated sessions, and development and action guides) in response to agency and facilitator feedback and to support key system priorities.
We’ve also:
- Strengthened the embedding of te Ao Māori throughout our programme.
- Created a new development priority focused on the Māori Crown relationship and treaty responsive leadership.
- Included a greater focus on inclusive leadership.
- Created six new video resources for the development and action guides.
Version 4 materials will be available on our website from 4 July 2022. Version 3 programme materials will still be available for agencies that are running the programme or transitioning to version 4.
A document with an overview of changes has been sent to facilitators and HR/OD teams.
