New toolkits published
We've published 4 toolkits: Coaching fundamentals, Feedback fundamentals, Delegated leadership and Individual development plan: Developing others.
The new toolkits focus on a single leadership development theme and are designed as quick learning opportunities or solutions for leaders facing a particular challenge. They offer practical leadership concepts, models and theories for you to choose from. Leaders may also use resources from the toolkit as a learning opportunity for their team.
These toolkits are available to all staff belonging to one of our member agencies.
We plan to regularly release new toolkits throughout the year. Old toolkits are available on request by emailing info@ldc.govt.nz
