Audience:
This masterclass is aimed at leaders who:
- lead in a senior system role in the public sector (this could be at a public service agency or in the wider public sector)
- want to better understand their role as a senior leader to exemplify, role model and uphold the political neutrality principle within their agency.
Leaders will:
- hear from Andrew Kibblewhite, Chief Executive, Ministry of Justice, and Adrienne Meikle, Executive Leader Enabling Services with the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport about their experience leading in alignment with the political neutrality principle.
- better understand their role as a leader to exemplify, role model and uphold the political neutrality principle within your agency.
- explore how to navigate political neutrality in a range of contexts.
- understand how political neutrality is integral to trust and confidence in the Public Service.
