Matthew Harris 2026 LDC Fellowship recipient
Matthew Harris, National Scheduler at the Ministry of Justice, has been awarded the 2026 Leadership Development Centre Fellowship.
Matthew's Fellowship will explore how public service leaders can strengthen collaboration across agencies to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for New Zealanders.
Leadership Development Centre (LDC) Fellowships are annually selected international research and study awards for mid to senior leaders. The Fellowship supports a high potential mid to senior leader across the Public Service to identify system leadership challenges and opportunities, and undertake international research and study to address these. Each LDC Fellowship provides up to NZ$50,000 for travel, accommodation and/or development activities.
