Join this programme to build your confidence as a public servant using artificial intelligence (AI) safely, responsibly and appropriately in your work.

The facilitated online programme focuses on practical skills, real public sector examples and human oversight. You will be supported to think critically about where and how AI can be used in a public service context, and how to navigate risk, judgment and accountability.

During workshops you’ll have space to explore real‑world scenarios, ask questions, and build confidence applying safe and responsible AI principles in practice. In between workshops you’ll completed self-paced learning to enable rich workshop discussions.
