Cillín’s career spans a diverse range of sectors, including IT consulting, banking, government, fitness, and industrial operations. Having previously served as a senior IT consultant leading up to 12 teams and over 140 professionals, his facilitation and coaching are grounded in real-world leadership experience and practical application.
He holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Psychology and Computer Science, along with formal qualifications in Leadership Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Clinical Hypnotherapy, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology. Cillín is also the author of First, Lead Yourself and Now, Lead Others
