Tony has extensive public and private sector leadership development facilitation experience. Since 2016, he has designed and facilitated over 500 leadership development workshops, helping 1000s grow as leaders.
Tony has a positive, engaging, and enthusiastic style. He connects well with all levels of leaders by combining a relaxed, friendly presence with wisdom and humility. Workshops designed and facilitated by Tony mix insight with discussion and experiential learning.
Tony has extensive real-world leadership experience, having held team leader, general manager, managing director, and chief executive roles in New Zealand, Australia and Asia. He also has several years governance experience and has chaired an industry board for five years. His personal experience ensures his workshops complement proven content with real-world relevance and practicality. He places emphasis on moving learnings from workshops to real-world use.
