Te Putanga | Leadership in Practice programme
We’re excited to share our refreshed programme, Te Putanga | Leadership in Practice. This is our flagship 9-month programme for experienced Public Service leaders who are ready to transform their leadership impact and grow strategic influence across the Public Service.
It draws on leadership practices from te ao Māori, the Pacific and the world to support leaders to reflect on who they are as a leader and what is emerging from within them.
Our programme team led a collaborative design process alongside expert facilitators Teina Moetara, Adam Cooper, Michelle McCormack and Alex Smith, who all brought a wealth of knowledge and experience.
We’d love for you to join the next cohort starting February 2023. Applications close 1 November.
