At the heart of her leadership coaching work, Angela guides connection with purpose, meaning, and values. She partners with leaders to reflect on and explore their aspirations, and enable their emerging potential. Angela works with people where they are at and in acknowledgement of their past experiences.
Angela brings a developmental view to leadership. Her coaching supports the development of the self of the leader, empowering sustainable change. Within the context of a leader’s coaching goals, Angela supports people to grow their capacity for autonomy, relatedness and inner authority.
Angela has held senior leadership roles in the public sector. In her private consultancy, she has coached public sector leaders over a number of years. Her background spans science, economics, policy, strategy, organisational change, and counselling. She brings her intuition for organisational/system dynamics and human behaviour to her coaching practice.
Angela is an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited coach at practitioner level, with training in psychosynthesis leadership coaching and transformative coaching.
