Pre-qualified coaches

We’re often asked for suggestions or referrals for good coaches to support leaders development. We’ve established a pre-qualified supplier list of credible and experienced professional coaches available to deliver coaching to leaders across the New Zealand Public Service.

Coaches

Before you engage a coach, note that they are independent providers and not employed by the Leadership Development Centre (LDC). Engagement is between them and your agency directly. This includes negotiation of rates, contracting and availability. Similarly public service agencies are not required to use these coaches exclusively. A number of agencies have their own panel.

Following a thorough and open process these are the LDC’s recommended coaches. This list was refreshed in August 2023 following an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) process.

Each list provides a snapshot of where each coach offers face to face delivery and how to make contact. All coaches offer coaching services using virtual technology.

Coaches who wish to join our list need to register on gets.govt.nz and they will be notified when we next invite applications.
