Supporting the development of New Zealand government leaders for over a decade, Geoff understands the complexities public sector leaders face. Beyond New Zealand, Geoff has designed and delivered cutting-edge leadership development initiatives to leaders and specialists operating at all levels and for organisations ranging from governments to NGOs to fortune 500 companies.

Geoff helps leaders explore and expand perspectives of themselves and systems around them. Working from a whole-parts-whole perspective, Geoff uses leaders real-life challenges as gateways for development. Central to his work is his curiosity for the relationships between individuals and systems, and how each is influenced by the other. He has a keen eye for what is happening below the surface, and offers his observations in generous non-judgmental ways. Geoff listens deeply and supports others to listen to themselves. His clear, curious, and challenging questions help leaders to identify growth edges, explore perspectives, ask new questions, surface options and move insights into application.

Geoff is passionate about building capacity, readiness and confidence for leading in complexity. His aim is to help each leader experience more ease, clarity, fun and impact. Offering a mix of accountability, structure and support, he tailors his coaching to support each leader to grow from where they are today. Geoff uses best practices to help individuals identify, set and achieve leadership objectives.
