Kirsty is an executive and leadership coach who works with senior leaders under tension. Unlike most coaches, she’s an accredited coaching psychologist with 25 years of training and experience in understanding human behaviour and over 15,000 face-to-face hours helping clients transform their thinking and behaviour. Kirsty is passionate about empowering her clients to become the leaders they aspire to be, aligning their personal and professional lives to achieve their fullest potential.
Kirsty coaches C-suite executives and senior leaders in healthcare, finance, legal and professional services, science and research, IT and tech, higher education, Public Service and for-purpose sectors. She is particularly passionate about empowering women in leadership roles to thrive and succeed.
Kirsty’s style is collaborative and empowering, encouraging clients to draw on skills, strengths, and new ways of understanding themselves to develop the capacity to thrive and succeed in both their professional and personal lives.
