Kirsty’s style is collaborative and empowering while holding an expectation that you can learn to draw on skills, strengths, supports, and new ways of understanding yourself, to develop the capacity to thrive and succeed both at work and in life. Kirsty partners with you to consider all stakeholders’ perspectives, add ‘range’ and flexibility to your skillset, and make the changes that matter and work. Kirsty loves helping her clients become the sort of leader they want to be and build the sort of life they want to live.

Unlike many coaches, Kirsty’s a coaching psychologist and consultant clinical psychologist with 20 years of training and experience in why humans think and behave the way they do. She has 12,000+ face-to-face hours helping clients think and behave in a completely different way. She’s a bit like a super socially and emotionally skilled nerd! If you’re nerdy too, her work draws from developmental coaching, acceptance and commitment coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience, solution-focused approaches and more.

Kirsty’s leadership and consulting experience includes governance, strategic planning, workforce development, service development and quality improvement. Coaching clients include senior leaders from healthcare, public service, higher education, council, law, IT, finance, sport, science and research, social enterprise, corporate and professional services.
