Mo takes a pragmatic and practical approach to her coaching, meeting the coachee where they are at. Mo focuses on setting clear goals up front, as the guiding star for the engagements. Mo uses curiosity and questioning to support her clients in gaining clarity of thought where they want to change, shift or improve their impact. Mo supports her clients with tools, frameworks, and connections to help them reach their goals and aspirations.

Mo adds value through both her style and her experience. Mo has had the privilege of working with a broad range of coachees in a variety of contexts – across the public and private sector. This provides a level of awareness across Aotearoa of the reality our leaders are facing when driving change in a complex and dynamic environment.

Mo has over 12 years of coaching experience: in HR advisory roles, in management roles, and as a professional coach. Over the last five and a half years, Mo has supported many leaders and managers across the public sector, private sector, and with Iwi/Māori organisations as an independent professional. In her consulting and facilitation work, Mo takes a coaching approach in working with her clients, this supports the broader uplift of capability in our regions and across organisations.
