Bryan has coached over 1000 leaders, so he understands the challenges, the career paths, and how to enable rapid development. His approach involves partnering with the leader to address their immediate concerns, while making connections to their deeper personal and career goals. The leader is both supported and challenged to gain insights and skills for immediate use.

Bryan brings genuine care and deep expertise to this work. He knows the latest evidence-based coaching methodologies. And he knows the Public Sector, having worked with many agencies and teams on culture change and leadership initiatives. He can offer systemic insights and make personal connections.

Bryan’s background includes a first career in psychotherapy and training, then leadership roles in the private and public sectors, before establishing his current leadership development consultancy in 2006. This breadth means that he is well equipped to assist clients with their EQ (emotional intelligence) and wellbeing, as well as their leadership and organisational nous.

Bryan first qualified as a coach in 1992 and is now a Master Coach with ICI. He has degrees in psychology, and is accredited to use numerous diagnostic tools such as the CAPP Strengths Profile, Team Management Profile and Leadership Success Profile 360. He is on the coaching panels of several agencies.
