Saskia has over a decade of experience as a facilitator and coach built on her early career in human resources in a variety of organisations.
Her approach as a facilitator is to draw out and engage with participants on her programmes so her content is framed in terms that are real and relevant to them. Her extensive practical and theoretical knowledge underpins a strong coaching capability which means she is able to both share relevant insights and useful approaches and also draw out insights from the groups she works with.
Saskia’s particular areas of strength are in both teaching coaching skills and modeling them in her facilitation approach and supporting leaders to work in and through complexity and change.
