Ivan: Yeah, I think when you talk about leaders engaging with communities I think you make the mistake of thinking that
leaders are one people and community's another. I think that the way that leaders effectively engage with community is when they see communities as the leaders. Communities are more sustainable in development and sustainable in achieving, you know, objectives or outcomes when they're the  ones that are leading the process. So, for leaders to effectively engage with communities they need to engage with them at the same level as -- as leaders. So, that's how to engage with communities.
