LDC membership is available to all public sector organisations within New Zealand - including crown and state-owned entities, district health boards, school boards and local and regional councils.
Within each organisation, we work with the following people:
- chief executives
- human resources and organisational development executives
- people identified by their agency for LDC leadership development
- senior leaders (managers of managers)
- functional leaders, people who manage groups of people from across their organisations such as an HROD general manager or a regional manager within a large agency
- people leaders, such as a front line manager or a manager of teams.
