Mindset - Values
Māori values are based on tradition and beliefs that have been handed down through the generations. They are central to the guiding principles of Te Ao Māori – the Māori world. These are holistic in nature and are not stand alone which means that one action or behaviour can span multiple values. Here are a small selection of Māori values identified in the activity and some concise definitions:
