Learning under pressure: One-day Executive Deep Dive workshop

Executive leaders regularly face high-stakes situations, where they are required to remain composed, exercise sound judgement, and choose their actions deliberately rather than being driven by reactive habits.

The one-day workshop Learning Under Pressure will help you build awareness of how pressure influences your thinking, decision making, communication and relationships, enabling you to respond more deliberately and effectively in the moments that matter most.

Through expert input, real-world leadership situations, peer conversations and structured reflection, this workshop is designed to hone your reflective practice and turn experience into learning that strengthens resilience, adaptability and leadership performance.

Date: 16 November 2026
Time: 8.30am to 4pm
Location: Te Iho, 1 Bowen Street, Wellington
Facilitator: Sarah Tocker in partnership with the LDC
Cost: $750 (excl. GST).

Register for the workshop

With a limit of 20 leaders, registrations will be managed on a first in, first served basis.
