Nominations are open for New Zealand public servants to attend the Australia and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) Executive Fellows Program (EFP).

On behalf of Head of Public Service, the Leadership Development Centre coordinates agency nominations for the ANZSOG Executive Fellows Program.  

Nominations require chief executive endorsement and close 31 July 2026.  

Executive Fellows Program (EFP) 

EFP is designed exclusively for senior public sector executives. The program challenges leaders to develop new perspectives in a highly interactive setting while exploring contemporary issues.  

This year, ANZSOG are offering a single cohort starting online in September. It is a mix of online modules with a week in Melbourne for Module 2. 

This year’s programme 

Module 1 – online 16 September 2.5 hours 
Module 2 – in person, 19-23 October, Melbourne 
Module 3 – online 17 November 2.5 hours 
Module 4 – online 9 December 2.5 hours 

Cost $29,800 AUD excluding travel and associated costs for the Melbourne module.
